General Manager

Hours: 40-45 per week

Responsibilities:

• Hire train & develop baristas and the management team
• Demonstrate an engaged management style that inspires your team
• Ensure a quality customer experience through staffing execution of recipes and techniques and by providing Scooters Amazing customer service experience
• Work with senior management to improve the team member and guest experience
• Build sales through relationships with guests and the community at large
• Control expenses to budget metrics
• Maintain records and generate reports as required
• Maintain store appearance cleanliness visual merchandising standards food safety standards and equipment
• Ensure all cash handling point of sale system safety and operational procedures are performed in an accurate consistent manner
• Maintain final accountability for store operations

• Training for this role will be in Brighton MI for 4-6 will be provided.
