Jersey Mikes Subs is looking for an experienced energetic General Manager to lead our restaurant team and help deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.

As General Manager youll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store developing your team maintaining high standards and driving sales and profitability. Were looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in great food great service and a great workplace.

What Youll Do

• Lead coach and develop a high-performing restaurant team
• Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service
• Maintain Jersey Mikes standards for food quality cleanliness and safety
• Manage scheduling staffing training and performance
• Monitor sales labor inventory and operating costs
• Help drive sales and achieve store goals
• Create a positive accountable team-oriented work environment
• Lead by example and jump in wherever needed

What Were Looking For

• Restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• A positive energetic hands-on leadership style
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to coach and motivate a diverse team
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
