- Hourly Pay: $17.25/hour tips
- Hours: Full-time hours with mall hours (no late nights or early mornings)

Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall supervision and operation of the assigned Auntie Annes store at Northwoods Mall with a particular emphasis on maintaining Auntie Annes Three-Fold Philosophy and achieving maximum profitability.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Auntie Annes Pretzel store.
- Prep bake and serve pretzels alongside other menu products.
- Take the lead in recruiting screening interviewing and hiring adequate staff to meet operational needs.
- Assist guide and evaluate employees on the performance of their duties.
- Sign off on all training assessments and lead necessary disciplinary actions or terminations.
- Review weekly sales and labor reports to project data and build compliant weekly schedules.
- Partner with the Regional Manager to set and track daily sales and labor goals.
- Enforce cash handling and management policies across all store personnel.
- Manage store inventory and order resources as needed.
- Maintain clean equipment and foster a positive motivated team environment.
- Conduct regular staff meetings for both the management team and the entire crew.
- Maintain strong working relationships with Mall Managers and Marketing Specialists.
- Ensure all personnel strictly comply with all Chestnut Land Company policies and the Promise Code of Conduct.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Must be ServSafe Certified
- Experience: Management experience in a retail restaurant or other fast-paced environment
- License: A valid drivers license
- Availability: Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and evenings
