Key Responsibilities

• Lead with Impact: Screen hire train and mentor a high-performing team. You dont just manage; you build the next generation of GFL leaders.

• Drive the Business: Own the facilitys P&L statement. Youll analyze financial performance monthly develop aggressive profit plans (ROA EBITDA) and partner with sales to forecast future growth.

• Optimize Operations: Stay ahead of the curve by utilizing cutting-edge routing software (like Route Smart) and logistics tech to ensure our fleet runs like clockwork.

• Safety First Always: Implement and champion our premier Safety Program. We work hard but ensuring our team goes home safely every single day is our number one priority.

• Be the Face of GFL: Build exceptional customer relationships negotiate key contracts and proudly represent GFL in local civic affairs and community events.

What You Bring to the Table

• The Credentials: A Bachelors degree from a four-year college/university or a proven rock-solid track record of operational leadership.

• The Experience: 5 years in the waste/environmental services industry is highly preferred (or an equivalent mix of education and exceptional management experience).

• The Mindset: A sharp analytical mind paired with stellar communication skills. You can read a profit plan as easily as you can inspire a room full of drivers.

• The Hustle: Willingness to travel occasionally to keep our regional footprint strong and aligned.
