1. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
2. Strong communication and coaching skills
3. Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
4. Able to balance leadership operational execution customer experience and team development in a fast-paced environment.
5. Aquatics experience preferred
6. Leadership and value alignment are critical
