Qualifications

• 7 years of leadership experience within physical security access control video surveillance fire/life safety building technologies or AV integration.
• Proven success managing branch or regional operations with P&L responsibility.
• Strong financial operational and team leadership skills.
• Experience in project-based and service-driven environments.
• Track record of career progression stability and long-term success.
