Job Summary
As General Manager of our Afton WY location youll lead a fast-paced store in the heart of Wyomings Star Valley. Youll oversee daily operations coach and develop your team manage inventory and costs and deliver exceptional service every shift.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability enjoys mentoring others and isnt afraid to hustle alongside their crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coach and develop a high-performing team of Assistant Managers Drivers and CSRs
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Manage labor food costs inventory and cash handling with accuracy
• Monitor and improve store performance and profitability
• Keep the store clean organized and compliant with Dominos brand standards
• Oversee scheduling hiring training and disciplinary actions
• Promote a positive energetic store culture
