Job Summary
The General Maintenance completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs.
2nd shift 3pm to 11:30pm - Monday- Friday
Compensation: $23.06. The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicants experience skills abilities geographic location and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities
Work directly with our clients engineering leadership and vendors to keep the building operational.
Perform ongoing facility maintenance and complete repairs on various equipment.
Perform minor repairs to Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEPs) equipment.
Ensure client satisfaction.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proficient in Basic General Maintenance Duties
Solid knowledge and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools and other materials required to perform repair and maintenance tasks.
Complete assigned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs.
Use the CMMS program in support of work performance. Foster a work environment that promotes energy conservation and continuous improvement of engineering functions.
Perform basic routine MEP repairs
Assist with surface preparation and painting minor drywall and wood trim repair
Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
Assists in emergencies as needed.
Returns all work areas to a clean neat orderly and safe condition.
Qualifications
Required:
Must be 18 years of age or older
No experience required and on the job training provided
No high school diploma GED or college degree required
Preferred:
1 to 3 year of similar work experience and or trade school.
Strong customer service orientation and organizational/analytical skills.
Ability to work extended periods of time without relief when responding to priorities/emergencies.
