Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance professional to join our team in Eureka IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems equipment and fixtures.
- Inspect and troubleshoot electrical plumbing HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain tools equipment and inventory of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment for events or projects as needed.
- Document maintenance activities and report any major issues to management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical plumbing HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk or sit. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Normal workdays are Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM including one hour allocated for lunch.
TARGET COMPENSATION: $16.50 - $18.50 per Hour
