This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone looking to establish themselves in a long-term position. We value dependable attendance a strong work ethic teamwork and employees who take pride in what they do.

Showing up consistently and being on time are essential to this position. Were looking for someone our team can count on to be here ready to work and willing to learn. This is a hands-on fast-paced manufacturing environment where youll work alongside a team focused on getting the job done safely and efficiently while maintaining a positive respectful and enjoyable workplace.

What Youll Do

• Assist with manufacturing and production of products.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Move materials throughout the plant.
• Measure stage and prepare materials according to production requirements.
• Assist machine operators with production activities.
• Fill package label stack and palletize finished products.
• Inspect products for quality and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
• Perform routine cleanup of equipment and work areas.
• Follow production instructions safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Safely operate basic hand tools and production equipment after training.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to consistently report to scheduled shifts on time and ready to work.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to the team.
• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing warehouse production or general labor experience is preferred but training is available for the right candidate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment.
• Ability to stand walk bend stoop and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and production processes.
