What Youll Do
- Material Handling and Packaging: Safely load package and move materials and finished products.
- Quality Control: Check finished work for chips scratches or flaws and make it right so every product meets TSS standards.
- Measuring & Cutting: Measure and cut materials accurately using tape measures and shop tools to meet job specs.
- Tools & Equipment: Operate and take care of a variety of shop tools and hand tools.
What Were Looking For
- Follows Instructions: Can read work orders job drawings and simple specs.
- Basic Math: Solid basic math and comfortable reading a tape measure.
- Good With Your Hands: Enjoys hands-on work; carpentry or fabrication experience is a plus.
- Flexible: Can juggle a few tasks at once and keep pace in a busy shop.
- Willing to Learn: Comfortable with technology and open to learning new tools and systems.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Lifting: Able to lift and handle at least 50 lbs.
- Activity: On your feet standing bending reaching and moving throughout the shift.
- Safety: Safety glasses and safety shoes required at all times in production areas.
