Job Title: General Labor Associate (Entry-Level)
Pay Rate: $16.00 $18.00 per hour
Shift: 6am - 4pm Monday - Thursday

Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a General Labor position within a manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level opportunity offering hands-on experience across multiple areas of production including molding assembly and finishing. Ideal candidates will have some prior manufacturing experience and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor basic manufacturing equipment including molding machines
• Perform assembly of parts and components according to work instructions
• Complete finishing tasks such as trimming deburring sanding or packaging
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist in other areas of production as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand lift and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
