Looking for someone who can work with their hands solve problems and keep things running. Youll help take care of buildings grounds equipment and everyday maintenance needs.

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Clean and maintain buildings grounds and equipment
• Handle basic electrical repairs such as switches outlets lights and breakers
• Perform basic plumbing repairs including drains faucets and fixtures
• Inspect equipment and building systems for potential problems
• Use hand tools power tools ladders and lift trucks safely
• Help with routine and preventive maintenance
• Keep work areas clean safe and organized
• Document completed work and report larger repair issues
• Monitor and maintain supplies and materials

WHAT YOU NEED:

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Hands-on mechanically inclined and willing to learn
• Able to stand bend climb ladders and lift 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working with tools and equipment
• Dependable and ready to work
