Hello High School STEM Teachers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a High School STEM Teacher to support students in Fort Morgan this role youll create an engaging learning environment that inspires curiosity critical thinking and problem-solving through STEM education. Youll collaborate with educators and district teams to support student success while creating an environment where students can thrive.

This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about inspiring students through STEM learning and creating opportunities for them to explore concepts solve problems and gain confidence in their skills.

• Deliver engaging STEM instruction aligned with district curriculum and Colorado standards

• Develop lesson plans and differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs

• Create a positive safe and structured classroom environment that supports learning

• Assess student progress and maintain accurate records and documentation

• Collaborate with colleagues administrators and families to support student success

• Participate in curriculum planning professional development and school initiatives
  

• Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) teaching license with an appropriate secondary endorsement in STEM Mathematics Science or a related content area

• Strong classroom management communication and collaboration skills

• Enthusiasm for helping students explore STEM concepts

• School-based teaching experience preferred but not required
