Role Title: General Counsel

Location: Remote

Scope of Work:

• Create review and refine contract negotiation playbooks based on diverse real-world scenarios and company requirements.
• Draft analyze and annotate a range of commercial agreements ensuring clarity precision and compliance with relevant standards.
• Provide expert commentary on best practices for contract management and negotiation strategies.
• Curate and supply non-confidential eligible transaction materials in support of the projects documentation objectives.
• Evaluate and optimize existing contract templates identifying areas to improve efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with micro1s team to ensure materials meet project guidelines and AI-training needs.
• Deliver high-quality written and verbal feedback to enhance system understanding and output.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current or prior experience as a General Counsel Deputy General Counsel or Assistant General Counsel with a strong focus on contract negotiation playbooks.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial contract drafting negotiation and management within corporate environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with attention to detail and clarity.
• Knowledge of industry-standard practices for contract review and risk assessment.
• Experience developing or utilizing contract negotiation playbooks specifically designed for companies.
• Familiarity with document-driven project assignments including sourcing and submitting eligible materials.
• Ability to work independently and deliver concise actionable insights for AI training purposes.
