Position : General Assembler (Prefer Medical Assembly Exp) Direct Send

Location : Tempe AZ

Duration : 12 Months contract

Total Hours/week : 40.00
pay range -$16-20/hr

Shift Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm most of the time.

Description:

• Assy is small parts assembly. Assembling small catheter parts medical device. Candidate with small parts assembly experience microscope or inspection.

• Performs any combination of tasks involved in the fabrication manufacture assembly testing and packaging of medical devices as well as setting up operating performing maintenance on and troubleshooting equipment.
• May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. Able to work without defined SOPs or SOPs in progress.
• Adheres to quality guidelines.

• cleanroom experience
• manufacturing/assembly experience

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum One (1) to two (2) year of manufacturing assembly experience with small parts assembly experience microscope or inspection.
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand. Ability to read writes interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to use basic tools of measurement such as calipers micrometers rulers.
• Able to work with razor blades tweezers and microscopes.
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular punctual basis.
• Has good attention to detail. Clean room experiences preferred.
• Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.

Physical Demand:

• While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand walk and sit for extended periods of time.
• Occasionally the employee may be required to lift or move at least 25 pounds.
