Job Summary

Operate optimize and changeover assigned production equipment. Responsible for meeting/exceeding production standards maintaining product quality minimizing equipment downtime and sustaining budgeted waste levels daily.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment while meeting quality productivity waste and safety goals

• Operate packaging equipment ensuring products are properly packed and labeled per specification

• Perform quality checks as required by specifications

• Maintain accurate production downtime and quality check records

• Notify technical personnel of equipment malfunctions

• Use and stamp batch numbers correctly on cartons per SAP records

• Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the shift

• Follow all safety environmental and Quality System Requirements (QSR)

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Must clear criminal background check before starting (candidate can begin while checks are pending only after clearing)

• Eye exam required
