Foundation Park is a newly built home plus type of communitylocated in Manhattan KS. Foundation Park is under the ownership of FoundationProperties. Foundation Properties a family-owned company has been servingthe care needs of Kansas seniors for well over 40 years. The challenges broughtforth from the covid pandemic caused our company to step back and reevaluatethe future needs of seniors in designing a new concept moving forward.

Foundation Park is a culmination of these needs driven andrevolutionary ideas. We like to call Family Style Care!

Family Style Care is all encompassing. It brings togetherthe best of new design and building concepts and joins with exciting new caregiving philosophies. These new Changes only enhance Foundation PropertiesServant Leadership approach to senior care.

FT shift rotation: Week 1 - Sun Wed Thur. Week 2 - MonTues Fri Sat

PRN staff must work a minimum of 24 hours per month.

CNA starting wage $16.50/hour

CMA starting wage $18.50/hour

Job Qualifications

Previous job experience preferred but not required

Must have a current CNA license in the state of Kansas

Must have a current Medication Aide license in the state of Kansas if applicable

Must have excellent time management skills and be able to work on deadlines

Must be reliable and show up to work on time and as scheduled

Must be able to maintain a courteous friendly and helpful attitude with residents visitors and co-workers at all times

Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs
