Job Title: GenAI Trainer & Change Lead (Prompt & Library Curator)
Department: Information Technology Department
Location: Austin Texas (Hybrid Remote Monday & Friday In-office TuesdayThursday)
Reports to: Director of IT Works cross-functionally with department leads across the organization (no direct reports)
Role Purpose The GenAI Trainer & Change Lead will accelerate intelligent AI adoption across all departments at Roadvantage by designing and delivering targeted GenAI training driving organizational change and curating a centralized prompt library and knowledge assets. This role exists to translate GenAI capabilities into practical department-specific use cases that deliver measurable efficiency gains smarter decision-making and enhanced service to our agent and dealer partners in the automotive F&I space. Success means every department actively leverages GenAI as a core tool with clear governance high engagement and continuous improvement in how we work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design deliver and continuously improve role-specific GenAI training programs (workshops office hours e-learning) that enable non-technical users to achieve immediate productivity gains.
- Lead change-management initiatives to drive GenAI adoption including stakeholder engagement resistance mitigation and communication campaigns that achieve measurable uptake across departments.
- Curate maintain and govern a centralized prompt library and reusable GenAI asset repository ensuring prompts are version-controlled tested and optimized for accuracy compliance and relevance to F&I workflows.
- Partner with department leads to identify prioritize and deploy high-impact use cases (e.g. automated reporting customer communications risk analysis dealer support) and track their business outcomes.
- Monitor GenAI usage analytics identify adoption gaps or risks and proactively recommend improvements new tools or process refinements.
- Facilitate cross-departmental knowledge sharing and collaborative sessions to surface emerging needs and co-create department-specific GenAI solutions.
- Establish and enforce responsible AI usage guidelines data-privacy standards and security protocols in partnership with IT Legal and Compliance.
- Measure and report on adoption progress training effectiveness and ROI of GenAI initiatives to the Director of IT and executive leadership.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 2 years of hands-on experience in GenAI/AI training prompt engineering or AI adoption/change management roles.
- Proven track record leading technology change initiatives that delivered measurable adoption and business impact (references required).
- Expertise in prompt engineering and practical application of large language models (ChatGPT Claude Gemini or equivalent) in a business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear actionable training for non-technical audiences.
- Project management and facilitation skills with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Bachelors degree in Business Education Technology Organizational Development or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive fintech insurance or SaaS environments (F&I knowledge is a strong plus).
- Familiarity with analytics platforms for usage tracking and ROI measurement.
- Prior experience building or managing a centralized knowledge repository or prompt library.
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency with prompt engineering chain-of-thought techniques and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) principles.
- Proficiency with leading GenAI platforms and tools (ChatGPT Enterprise Claude for Work Microsoft Copilot etc.).
- Working knowledge of usage analytics basic data visualization (Power BI Tableau or similar) and productivity platform integrations.

- GenAI adoption rate: 75% of departments actively using approved GenAI tools within 12 months measured by active users and session volume.
- Prompt library usage and growth: 300% increase in library access and contributions within first 12 months.
- Training effectiveness: 85% of participants report they can independently apply learned skills; average satisfaction score 4.5/5.0.
- Business impact: Delivery of at least 810 department-specific high-value use cases with documented efficiency or quality improvements.
- Engagement & governance: 100% of departments receive quarterly usage reviews and feedback loops; zero high-severity compliance incidents.
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
- Complete a comprehensive AI maturity assessment across all departments and deliver a prioritized roadmap of quick-win use cases and training needs.
- Launch the initial company-wide GenAI foundational training program and establish the baseline centralized prompt library with 50 high-impact prompts.
- Build strong working relationships with every department lead and schedule recurring GenAI office hours.
- Implement usage tracking dashboards and deliver the first adoption report to the Director of IT.
- Identify and execute at least two quick-win department pilots that demonstrate clear ROI.
