GENAI Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Developer with strong Python expertise to design develop and deploy Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Agentic AI frameworks and cloud-based AI services. The role involves developing scalable AI solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise systems and optimizing AI workflows for production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and deploy Generative AI applications using Python.

• Build AI-powered chatbots copilots intelligent assistants and document-processing solutions.

• Develop and implement RAG architectures using vector databases.

• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs such as GPT Claude Llama Gemini or Mistral.

• Develop AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain LangGraph CrewAI or AutoGen.

• Create REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI Flask or Django.

• Implement prompt engineering and optimize prompts for accuracy and performance.

• Work with structured and unstructured data including PDFs documents emails and knowledge repositories.

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications databases and third-party systems.

• Monitor evaluate and optimize model performance latency and cost.

• Ensure AI governance security responsible AI practices and compliance standards.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.

  • Experience with: LangChain/LangGraph

• Knowledge of RAG embeddings semantic search and prompt engineering.

• Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
