Position: Garage Porter / Cleaner

Schedule:Part-time MF 10am2pm

Compensation: $23.00/hour

You are the frontline caretaker of the facility ensuring that every square foot looks sharp runs safely and operates at a world-class level. A proactive mindset sharp eye for detail and a pride in your work define success here.

What Will I Do

• Keep it pristine. Sweep wipe down surfaces and equipment empty trash manage upkeep and handle painting to keep the garage looking spotless daily.
• Be the eyes and ears. Monitor the parking facility continuously and notify management immediately of any maintenance or safety issues.
• Deliver exceptional service. Promote great customer relations by greeting drivers handling basic inquiries and assisting anyone who needs a hand with a can-do attitude.
• Keep it safe. Identify and neutralize potential safety hazards instantly making sure the location is secure for everyone on foot and behind the wheel.

You Are:

• Self-reliant. You dont need someone looking over your shoulder to know what needs fixing; you spot a mess and handle it.
• Dependable. You show up on time rock the correct LAZ uniform proudly and stay locked in during your shift.
• Resilient. You handle challenging fast-paced or physically demanding tasks with a solutions-first mentality and a relentless work ethic.
• A team player. You communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers clients and management across the board.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service experience.
• General facility maintenance experience is preferred.
• Parking industry experience is a major plus- but not required
• Ability to speak read and comprehend English clearly.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift push and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend stoop squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
