About the Role:
Our client a leading national insurance carrier is seeking an experienced Garage Keeper/Bodily InjuryClaims Adjuster to join their claims team. This individual will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex garage keeper claims from initial filing through resolution ensuring timely and fair claim outcomes while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company guidelines.

This individual will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex garage keeper claims from initial filing through resolution ensuring timely and fair claim outcomes while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company guidelines.
Compensation:
- $50.00 - $70.00/hr.

Responsibilities
- Investigate evaluate and resolve garage keeper claims in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Determine compensability establish reserves and authorize payments.
- Coordinate and communicate with claimants employers medical providers attorneys and other stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle.
- Develop strategies for efficient and cost-effective claim resolution including litigation management when applicable.
- Maintain accurate claim documentation and ensure timely reporting in accordance with state requirements.
- Stay current on jurisdictional laws medical treatment trends and best practices in garage keeper claims handling.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience handling garage keeper claims for an insurance carrier or TPA.
- Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and independently.
