Game Show Host | 18hr + Tips | Southfield, MI

As a Game Show Host you will be responsible for hosting live streaming games and entertainment events to an online audience. This role requires you to be the face of Playtech in the live streaming environment. The position requires candidates who can create a professional and exciting atmosphere for customers by providing an excellent guest service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Present games in a live streaming environment adhering to a multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations Michigan regulations and live unit policies and procedures.
• Learn and fully understand and execute the rules of video stream games.
• Conduct live games on a given table schedule in accordance with applied rules and procedures with computer prompt instructions monitoring and following the given table schedule following instructions of the Pit-bosses and Trainers.
• Adhere to gaming studios rules and any other rules that management may be introduced at any time.
• Creates a fun and engaging atmosphere while hosting the game.
• Know your angles understand lighting and be able to take direction from video team/photographers.
• Keeps a high energy and entertains customers through the game.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations and adapt to changes during the game.
• Being comfortable addressing large audience speaking clearly and engagingly.
• The ability to connect with players and make them feel part of the show.
• Provide players with timely accurate and professional assistance with the related game general questions and communicate with players according to chat policy.
• Immediately report to the Pit-boss of any risks or committed mistakes problems and / or unusual activities in gaming studios and other companys premises caused by other employees or other causes.
• Attend educational events briefings sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning the new procedures.
• Participate in company promotions thought marketing via photo and video shoots as required by management.
• Maintain professional and clear communication with management and peers.
• Keep confidential information within the companys authorized individuals.
• Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
• Basic computer skills- MS Office electronic mail etc.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability effectively communicate with customers in a live streaming environment.
• Engaging interpersonal skills and entertaining demeanor while on a live video streaming platform
• Must comply with Playtech appearance standards at all times.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor including manner of speech appearance and posture in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to deal with potential guest conflicts professionally maintaining Playtechs guest service standards.
• Ability to deal sort shuffle and count cards in addition to operating other gaming equipment involving highly repetitive movement of hand and arm.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
• Be able to be on-time and pay attention to details.
• Be able to wear assigned uniforms.
• Must be able to obtain a Michigan Gaming License.

• Ability to maintain physical stamina for extended periods
• Repeated use of both hands and arms
• Full mobility of upper extremities
• Ability to see and read a screen chat from 3 feet away
• Ability to engage and communicate with customers while on live table
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Ability to be on live cameras with high beam lighting without protective eyewear

• Pay Rate: $18/hr  Pooled tips Up to $5/hr Hourly Performance Bonus
