What Youll Do
- Patient Experience & Front Desk: Greet patients warmly answer calls and create a welcoming environment.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments cancellations and daily clinic flow.
- Insurance & Financial Responsibilities: Verify benefits collect payments and communicate clearly with patients.
- Administrative & Clinic Operations: Maintain records manage referrals and support billing workflows.

Experience & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a medical or customer-facing role preferred. Strong communication multitasking and computer skills required.

Required Skills:
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: Compassion for Seniors High school diploma or equivalent We prefer one year of caregiving experience but are willing to train the right candidates Valid drivers license with a good driving record Reliable car or other reliable transportation Current car insurance and registration (if driving clients to appointments) Availability/Flexibility with scheduling Good communication and interpersonal skills A professional and friendly attitude
