• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Support budgeting forecasting and long-term financial planning
• Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct market research
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax regulations and internal controls
• Identify and mitigate financial risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform business strategy
• Leverage data analytics and financial modeling tools
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
• Assist in audits and regulatory reporting
• Advise on mergers acquisitions and capital projects as needed

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field (Masters degree CPA CFA or equivalent a plus)
• U.S. Citizenship (required for most government contracts)
  • If required must provide a valid U.S. Passport Book or Passport Card.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial ERP systems; familiarity with data visualization tools is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated integrity attention to detail and problem-solving ability
