Aligned Talent Acquisition is continually seeking experienced Fund Finance Associate Attorneys for opportunities with Am Law 50 Am Law 100 Am Law 200 regional and boutique law firms throughout the Chicago market.

If you have experience representing lenders private equity funds investment managers or financial institutions in sophisticated fund finance transactions Id love to connect.

37 years of finance experience gained at a sophisticated law firm

Experience representing commercial banks private credit funds investment managers private equity sponsors or institutional lenders

Experience handling subscription credit facilities NAV facilities hybrid facilities GP facilities management company financings and other fund finance transactions

Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements security agreements pledge agreements guaranties and related financing documents

Experience conducting due diligence and managing sophisticated financing transactions from inception through closing

Experience working with private equity funds venture capital funds hedge funds or real estate funds is preferred

Strong drafting negotiation analytical and client counseling skills

Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions while maintaining significant client interaction

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Illinois bar admission required or ability to become admitted
