Full-Time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

Korzen Health & Healogics are seeking a Full-Time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team in collaboration with Kennedy University Hospital Washington Township in Sewell NJ.

• Full-Time Nurse Practitioner

As a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner you will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients with acute and chronic wounds.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate and manage complex and non-healing wounds
• Perform sharp debridement and other wound-related procedures
• Treat diabetic wounds pressure injuries venous ulcers arterial wounds and other chronic wounds
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families regarding wound care and prevention
• Collaborate with physicians nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Nurse Practitioner with an active New Jersey license
• Board Certified / Board Eligible
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Comfortable performing procedures
• Wound care experience is preferred but not required
• Procedural experience such as debridement suturing or incision and drainage is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate patient-centered approach
