The Service Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our Service this position you will support Service Advisors manage vehicle logistics around the dealership assist with customer check-in/check-out processes and ensure that every Porsche entering and exiting our facility meets our high standards of cleanliness and care.

• Vehicle Handling & Logistics: Safely drive park and stage customer and dealership vehicles throughout the service drive lot and service bays.

• Customer Service & Check-In: Welcome arriving customers with warmth and professionalism assist Service Advisors during high-volume periods and escort clients as needed.

• Vehicle Preparation: Inspect vehicles upon arrival for existing damage install protective seat/floor covers and run vehicles through the car wash or prep area prior to client pickup.

• Service Drive Maintenance: Keep the service drive valet lanes and customer reception areas clean organized and free of clutter.

• Loaner Fleet Support: Assist with preparing cleaning and managing the active shuttle or loaner vehicle fleet.

• Department Coordination: Retrieve parts assist technicians with staging needs and run errand-based tasks to support daily dealership flow.

• Drivers License: Valid drivers license with a clean insurable driving record (required).

• Experience: Previous automotive dealership valet or customer service experience preferred but not required.

• Skills: Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles comfortably.

• Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a polished professional appearance tailored to a luxury automotive environment.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform light physical work in varying weather conditions.
