• 2300 - 0700
• 0700 - 1500

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel visitors and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Officer would work 2 shifts at the Brentwood location and 3 shifts at the Westport location consisting of 4 overnights and 1 first shift on Saturday.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues hazardous conditions or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to theclients employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Access control duties.
• Badge creation.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
• Open availability preferred.
• Must have a strong professional appearance.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Driving record must meet company and or insurance standards.
