Full-Time Section Cello (1 position) Local Audition

Local Audition:Wednesday September 23 2026

Members of the orchestra other musicians who have performed at least five times with the Philharmonic during the past24 months and other individuals who are permanent residentswithin the geographic area of thejurisdictionofLocal58shall be eligible toaudition.

If a current member of the orchestra is awarded Section Cello the resulting vacancy may be offered as a Per-Service Cello position

*Current CBA includesweek season

Section scale: $33694.20

Full-time positions are eligible for health insurance and pension benefits

*Current CBA expires at the end of August 2026

2026-27 rates and terms pending outcome of negotiations
