Kool Chevrolet is looking for a friendly dependable and professional Full-Time Receptionist to join our team in Grand Rapids.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers our receptionist plays an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people stays organized in a busy environment and is comfortable handling a variety of day-to-day office responsibilities.

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate department
• Perform basic clerical and administrative duties
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist dealership departments with administrative tasks as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to both customers and employees

• Friendly professional and dependable
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable answering a multi-line phone system
• Basic computer and office skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work occasional Saturdays as needed
• Previous receptionist customer service or office experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $16.00$18.00 per hour based on experience.

This is a full-time in-person position with a primarily weekday schedule. Occasional Saturday availability is required to help provide coverage as needed.
