Responsibilities
- Receive/answer phone calls and communicate with callers in a professional friendly and efficient manner.
- Greet customers and direct them to the correct departmentand introduce the customer to the salesperson.
- Scheduling drivers for various reasons and events.
- General administrative work including but not limited to some inventory work creating receipts and scanning.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organization.
- Outgoing and positive demeanor.
- Professional presentation.
- Punctuality.
- Ability to multitask and preform under pressure.
- A clean driving record & valid drivers license.
