Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am to 6:00pm
- 1-Hour Lunch Break
- No Weekends
- No Evenings
- No Holidays
- No On-Call
COMPENSATION:
- $70 to $85 per Hour dependent upon experience
- Malpractice Insurance
- Health / Dental / Vision Insurance
- Paid Time Off
- Annual CME Allowance
- License / DEA Fees Paid

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant provides routine primary care and low-acuity urgent care services including but not limited to:
- primary care exams
- chronic condition management
- sick visits
- minor injury care
- laceration repair
- incision and drainage
- ingrown toenail removal
- Pap smears
- annual physicals
- sports physicals
- employment physicals
- vaccinations
Providers see an average of 15 to 20 patients per day and are supported by a medical assistant who helps with all visits including charting and documentation.
The clinic uses CarbyOS an AI-powered EMR designed to reduce administrative burden.
Approximately 95% of patients are Spanish-speaking and the new provider must be fluent in Spanish.
REQUIREMENTS:
- California NP or PA license
- ability to see patients of all ages
- 2 years experience in primary care urgent care or a related field
- must speak fluent Spanish
