Job Summary: This teaching assignment may include a full range of undergraduate courses within the Math discipline.

Responsibilities:

Teaching assignment may include day evening weekend and/or online courses.
Teaching assignment may include a full range of undergraduate courses such as Math for Everyday Life Intermediate Algebra Plane Trigonometry Foundations of Math Introduction to Statistics Pre-Calculus Calculus I II & III Linear Algebra and Differential Equations.
Maintaining scheduled office hours advising students developing curriculum participating in college service and professional development activities.
Leadership in developing and improving our academic courses. Community service is encouraged.

Supervision Received: Reports to the Chief Academic Officer.

Minimum Requirements:

Masters degree or higher required in Math or a related field.
All academic degrees must be from a regionally accredited college or university.
Ability to maintain good relationships with students staff and community members.

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching experience at the community college level.
Experience and/or interest in using multimedia/new instructional technology in the classroom.
Experience and interest in utilizing Learning Management Systems for course enhancement or delivery.
