Full Time License and Title Clerk

The License and Title Clerk is an entry level position. The individual will be responsible for License and Title work for Uftring Chevy as well as Dealer Trades new and used purchases and CVR system reports.

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND BEGINS AT $18.00 PER HOUR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for license and title work for Uftring Chevy.
• File Deals and sales tax forms
• Posting of daily CVR reports schedule cleanup throughout the month.
• Order new and duplicate titles as needed
• Process Title work
• Call Lien holders & SOS for Tiles on Missing Doc
• Maintain Missing Doc Excel Sheet
• Send title applications & return plates & stickers to SOS via FedEx weekly (make labels)
• Maintain inventory for Finance Dept Plates & Stickers for both F&I managers
• Dealer Trades
• Auction Purchases
• Wholesales
• File for lost corrected fast or conversion titles
• File to put titles in company name when needed
• Learn /use Reynolds & Reynolds software (Era & Ignite) andCVR software
• Drive courier route & take money to bank weekly

• Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.
