Full-time Lead General Cleaner

Lead General Cleanerwith Marsden South

Shift: Monday to Friday3:00 pm to 11:30 pm

Hourly Rate: $15.00

Location:Houston TX

Requirements:

• You must be 18 years old
• You must be flexible and be able to work with our scheduling needs.
• You must have work authorization
• You must have janitorial experience
• A pre-employment drug screen is required for some of our accounts and a criminal background check is mandatory.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
• Custodial leadership experience
• Willing and comfortable working in a school environment

Job Duties:

• General cleaning and any additional requests as needed
• Oversee a group of custodial employees train employees and cover shifts
• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping mopping dusting and polishing
• Clean and restock restrooms
• Collect and dispose of trash
• Interacts with clients and building employees in a respectful professional treating others with empathy and dignity.
