Job Summary
NY NeuroCare Medical Services is led by Dr. Florence Shum DO FAAN a triple board-certified neurologist and Castle Connolly Top Doctor. As our practice grows across two boroughs were looking for an EEG or Clinical Neurophysiologist to support our epilepsy patients.

What youll do:
- Diagnose and manage epilepsy and seizure disorders in adults (and pediatrics from age 12 and older if applicable).
- Interpret routine and ambulatory EEGs.
- Evaluate drug-resistant epilepsy and coordinate referrals for advanced workup and surgical evaluation.
- Manage antiseizure medications including complex regimens.
- Serve as a resource to the clinical team on seizure-related cases.
What you bring:
- MD or DO.
- New York medical license (or eligible to obtain).
- Board-certified or board-eligible in neurology.
- Fellowship training in epilepsy and/or clinical neurophysiology.
- ABPN certification in Epilepsy or Clinical Neurophysiology preferred.
- Bonus: Mandarin Cantonese or Spanish fluency.
