As a DSP youll play a hands-on role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently. Your days will include:

• Assisting with daily living tasks like cooking hygiene laundry and medications

• Encouraging independence confidence and personal growth

• Supporting recreational activities and community involvement

• Driving individuals to outings appointments and events

• Keeping accurate documentation through electronic systems

• Helping manage personal finances and grocery shopping

• No experience required-well train you and pay you while you learn

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Valid drivers license and proof of insurance

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed

• Comfortable with basic technology for documentation

• Must pass background checks and health screenings

• Completion of required training and certifications (paid by us)
