ProSidian Seeks a Full Stack Web Developer II - Information Technology (IT109) as an Engagement Team Member generally located across the Savannah River Site / Aiken South Carolina supporting Environmental Management Sector requirements to support an engagement for a liquid waste contractor (Savannah River Remediation SRMC) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken SC which is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy..

Provide services and support as an Information Technology Functional Area Full Stack Web Developer II (IT109) under Labor Category: Web Developer II at Savannah River Site / Aiken South Carolina. 

Full Stack Web Developer II - Information Technology (IT109) work collaboratively as part of the ProSidian Engagement Team as Exempt personnel.  Dedicated Planned Labor Hours (DPLH) of 2080 Straight Time (ST) Estimated Annual Quantity (Hrs. Per Yr.) 200 Overtime Time (OT) Estimated Annual Quantity (Hrs. Per Yr.).  This as a Labor Hour Subcontract or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. 

The role(s) are located at Savannah River Site / Aiken South Carolina with identified Work Site Address (121 Richland Ave E Aiken SC 29801 USA) providing Information Technology functions working to provide BOA Support Services for multiple department requirement Service Areas (SA) for Savannah River Remediation LLC (The SRMC/LW Contractor) at the U.S. Department of Energy Savannah River Site (DOE-SRS) in Aiken SC to support the evolving needs of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Full Stack Web Developer II - Information Technology (IT109)

• Serve and support requirements as a Full Stack Web Developer II / III.  The purpose of the position is to provide support to the Business System IT department. Functions including but not limited to:
• Using an Agile development methodology develop and maintain applications that support the company business departments (i.e. Accounting Procurement Human Resources Project Controls etc.).
• Working with the customers and Business Analyst develop the user stories and story boards.
• Develop interfaces between enterprise systems and in-house applications
• Develop reports using SQL Server Report Services (SSRS)
• Support end users with users manuals and initial training
• Perform initial developer testing
• Support QA Analyst in developing fully documented test plan
• Evaluate procedures to verify they meet regulatory requirements

Qualified Full Stack Web Developer II / III supporting Business Systems IT at Savannah River Site (SRS) Aiken SC. Demonstrated successful performance across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements elaboration user stories and storyboards application design/development integration developer testing documented QA test planning production turnover and end-user documentation. Capable of independently developing and maintaining secure business-critical web applications in an Agile team and collaborating effectively with functional stakeholders and analysts.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field with a minimum of 3-5 years experience
• Associates Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field with a minimum of 5-7 years experience
• High School Diploma with a minimum of 7-9 years of experience

Meet ONE education/experience pathway:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field plus at least 35 years of relevant experience;
2. Associates degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field plus at least 57 years of relevant experience; OR
3. High school diploma plus at least 79 years of relevant experience. Additionally the position specifies at least 35 years of hands-on full-stack development with C# MVC JavaScript HTML CSS SQL data manipulation and secure coding.

Demonstrated success in all SDLC phases is required. Experience ranges are transcribed as provided; exact minimum within each range should be confirmed with the hiring authority.

Full Stack Web Developer II - Information Technology (IT109) Candidates shall work to support requirements for RFPR Full Stack Web Developer II or III (Information Technology Services) and provide BOA Support Services for multiple department requirement Service Areas (SA) for Savannah River Remediation LLC (The SRMC/LW Contractor) at the U.S. Department of Energy Savannah River Site (DOE-SRS) in Aiken SC to support the evolving needs of the organization.

Skills Required

• Primarily focused on Full Stack Web Developer II initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Information Technology Functional Area Activities. 

Required Technical: C#; MVC; JavaScript; HTML; CSS; SQL query/data manipulation; secure coding practices; full-stack application development; Agile development; user stories and storyboard development; application integration/interfaces; developer-level testing; SDLC documentation; production deployment/turnover support; SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) report development. Required professional: effective oral and written communication; teamwork in a matrixed environment; stakeholder engagement. Preferred not mandatory: jQuery and Internet Information Services (IIS).

Experience/Skills:  Demonstrated experience and success in all phases of the software development lifecycle including user stories and story board development application development test plan development testing production turnover and documentation.  Candidate must be a full stack developer with at least 3-5 years experience using:
