Full Stack Java Developer

• We are looking for a curious ambitious and highly motivated Senior Java Developer who is passionate about software engineering and has a genuine interest in leveraging AI in day-to-day software development.
• The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot solid knowledge of unit and functional testing andmost importantlysome practical experience coding with AI-assisted development tools or building applications/features using AI.
• We are looking for someone with hunger curiosity and ambitionsomeone who enjoys learning new technologies experimenting with new approaches asking questions solving challenging problems and continuously improving engineering practices.
• The candidate must be willing to relocate to or work onsite in Bentonville AR collaborating directly with the team to support onboarding knowledge sharing and day-to-day engineering activities.

• Strong hands-on experience with Java.
• Strong experience developing applications using Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Java development principles.
• Experience writing unit tests and functional tests.
• Experience with software development across the complete SDLC.
• Practical experience coding with AI is required.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding/development tools to improve developer productivity.
• Ability to understand review debug and improve AI-generated code.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers architects product managers QA and other stakeholders.
• Must be willing and able to work onsite in Bentonville AR.
