Job Summary

Role: .NET Full Stack Development Architect (Hands-on Lead)
Location: Newton MA Day 1 Onsite (No remote / No hybrid)
Experience: 15 years total (Strict) Minimum 12 years Full Stack only

Required Skills (Must Have)

12 years C# Core / Core
Strong experience in Angular (must be strong frontend contributor not support role)
6 years SQL Server (complex queries performance tuning)
Experience building RESTful APIs & microservices
3 years Azure (hands-on production usage)
Strong experience with CI/CD Git Azure DevOps
Proven L3 production support experience (incident RCA ownership)

Leadership & Ownership

2 4 years experience as Technical Lead / Architect
Experience managing production releases & application stability
Strong stakeholder communication (business technical)
KPI/SLAs ownership (MTTR uptime defect leakage)

A Full Stack Architect/Lead who:

Builds supports enterprise applications
Owns production stability end-to-end
Has strong SQL API cloud DevOps depth
Has real KPI-driven production accountability
Can directly interact with client stakeholders
