Summary:Coordinate daily operations within an assigned production area. Assist with training and development of staff to support KPIs. Pay Class and PayPay Class: Full TimePay: $21.00 - $22.18 per hourEssential Responsibilities:Provide leadership department training and coaching on processes and non-conformanceDevelop and assign work assignments and adjust staffing to meet department KPIsResponsible for driving results and achieving operational goals identified in Key Performance Indicators (KPI)Support continuous improvement effort to drive departmental excellence and enhance the customer experienceIdentify opportunities for improvement and utilize structured problem-solving techniques to create and implement solutionsProvide input on associate talent snapshots and overall performanceAssist with cross training attracting and development talentPractice comply and enforce all requirements of a safe and healthy work environmentImplement and maintain the cleanliness of all equipment organization of all workstations and overall facility (6 Ss).Education:High School Diploma GED or equivalent work experience preferredExperience & Background:Minimum One (1) to three (3) year experience working in a fast-paced environment with a record of continuously increased responsibility Manufacturing experience preferred.
