As a Fulfillment Center Manager you will be hands-on and lead daily warehouse and fulfillment operations at the Westfield MA facility. This role is responsible for managing shipping receiving inventory control warehouse performance safety and team leadership to ensure efficient operations and on-time customer deliveries.

The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive leader with experience in warehouse operations ERP/WMS systems inventory management and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do

• Lead daily operations of fulfillment center including receiving shipping inventory control and warehouse organization
• Supervise coach and develop warehouse personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations

• Partner with Customer Service Quality Supply Chain and Logistics teams to support operational performance on-time deliveries and inventory accuracy

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments inventory transactions cycle counts shipment quality and documentation within ERP/WMS systems
• Monitor operational KPIs including shipping accuracy inventory accuracy productivity and quality metrics
• Ensure compliance with company procedures safety standards and quality requirements
• Coordinate warehouse space utilization material flow and equipment to maximize efficiency
• Identify and implement process improvements to support productivity service levels and operational growth
• Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management or in related field
• 5 years of experience in managing fulfillment operations and leading warehouse teams
• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations inventory management shipping and receiving processes
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory accuracy programs
• Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Outlook and Word
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs

Where Youll Be Located

This position is onsite at our Westfield MA warehouse

What We Offer

We offer competitive compensation determined by each individuals relevant experience skills education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $80000 and $90000 annually commensurate with experience if located in the Springfield MA addition to base salary Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission depending on their position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates we hope youll still apply as there may be other positions that better align.
