FTC Robotics Advisor WILC

Position Criteria:

• Demonstrate aptitude for performing tasks listed
• Must exhibit ethical practices and be a role model to students.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

Performance Criteria:

• Has an understanding of the teaching-learning process and the necessity of working with the students.
• Knowledgeable about FTC Robotics goals purposes structure bylaws educational initiatives etc.
• Provide leadership development experiences for all members of theteam.
• Assist students in developing a meaningful Program of Work and Calendar of Events.
• Oversee all functions of theteam such as meetings practices competitions maintain records and financials fundraising activities etc.
• Keep administration local businesses community parents teachers school staff and local media informed of activities.
• Keep members informed of activities at the regional state and national levels and encourage them to participate in all levels.
• Be committed to each student welcome the diversity and be a positive role model in actions and deeds.
• Travel with students tolocal and national and activities and competitions.
