Our CNAs are essential members of the Nursing Team. Youll have a real voice in everyday care planning and in delivering care that fits each residents individual needs. What youll do

As a CNA youll help residents with personal hygiene and activities of daily living in ways that meet their needs. Youll care for the whole person: social emotional mental spiritual and physical. Day to day you will:

• Provide daily hygiene care for residents with dignity and respect
• Get to know each residents preferences so you can personalize their care
• Document care accurately and promptly report any changes or concerns to the right team members
• Follow safety infection control and risk management procedures
• Keep your supervisor updated on each residents status and condition
• Support the team with other duties as needed

Qualifications :

What you bring

• Active CNA certification in good standing in Colorado 
• Experience in long-term care or memory care (preferred)
• Genuine compassion and patience for older adults including those living with dementia
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Reliability and attention to detail
