We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Fairmont Olympic as our new FT Founders Club Barback! Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless bar operation We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Full-Time Barback to join our team at the prestigious Founders Club located within the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. If you have a strong work ethic a keen eye for detail and a commitment to creating an unforgettable guest experience wed love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving a wide range of beverages with precision and efficiency
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area and all related equipment
• Replenish bar supplies including glassware garnishes and ingredients to ensure uninterrupted service
• Collaborate closely with the bar team to support smooth and efficient operations
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner providing top-notch service
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a barback or in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
• Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
• Food Handers Card and MAST permit required
• Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
