Join our Bakery team as an Assistant Bakery Manager and help lead a department thats always fresh busy and full of opportunity! In this hands-on leadership role you will oversee daily Bakery operations including preparing and decorating baked goods supporting and coaching team members and keeping the department organized clean and inviting. You will help manage inventory monitor product quality and ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met. This active role involves lifting bending and being on your feet for most of the shift while giving you the chance to mentor a team grow your leadership skills and make a direct impact on the customer experience. We are looking for positive reliable and motivated team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment - weekend availability is required.
