Red Rock is currently seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst with experience in the Palantir platform to join our team. You will work on the front lines assisting Palantirs implementation teams embedding with users across the world providing training troubleshooting technical issues and developing new Palantir use cases - all while solving unique and challenging problems.
Required Skills:
Prior experience with Palantir Gotham
Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
Ability to build dashboard products and assist users with developing analytical questions
Experience providing desk-side and classroom-style training to analysts and operators
Strong communication skills with the ability to break down explain and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time
U.S. Citizenship (required per U.S. Government contract)
Optional Skills:
Experience with Palantir Gaia and/or Palantir Foundry
Technical background with working knowledge of HTML Ruby Python and/or Java
Familiarity with hardware networks and server administration
Military or Special Operations experience
