Job Description Summary
The Full-Service Agreements (FSA) Cost Catalog Manager serves as the global process owner for catalog methodology and model input governance. The role is responsible for the global ownership governance accuracy and timely release of the FSA Cost Catalog inputs used in the Wind FSA Cost Model. This role maintains the catalog structure methodology data standards model input processes and related Services Modeling Tool aspects to support contract margin review underwriting and portfolio planning.

Job Description

In this role you will own and maintain the FSA Cost Catalog framework including its taxonomy methodology governance controls and release process to ensure consistent high-quality inputs into the Wind Cost Modeling tool. You will lead the end-to-end process for collecting validating consolidating and publishing catalog inputs for both installed base and new product introductions.

You will partner cross-functionally with Product Engineering Engineering & Services Finance Commercial and regional operations teams to define data standards and intake requirements while ensuring a consistent and controlled approach to cost catalog updates.

You will also evolve the Wind Cost Modeling tool and supporting processes to improve usability transparency auditability and alignment with business needs and processes such as contract margin review new bids underwriting contract loss analysis and Long Term Strategy planning

Core Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the global FSA Cost Catalog process for collecting validating approving and uploading cost inputs into the Wind Cost Modeling tool for both installed base and new product introductions.
  • Maintain global ownership of catalog structure taxonomy data definitions assumptions hierarchy and update methodologies across regions platforms and service scopes.
  • Develop and govern the catalog release approach for new product solutions NPI platforms and emerging service offerings including interim assumptions phased releases version control and assumption maturity documentation.
  • Define and govern catalog input standards calculation logic and change control for key cost elements in partnership with Product Engineering Services Finance Commercial and other subject matter experts.
  • Establish and maintain catalog governance processes including submission requirements approval workflows release schedules documentation standards and data quality controls.
  • Evolve the Wind Cost Modeling tool and catalog architecture to improve usability transparency auditability and support contract margin review underwriting portfolio planning and future business needs.
  • Partner with regional and functional teams to collect source inputs resolve data gaps improve point-of-origin data quality and support reconciliation and cost categorization through clear catalog mapping standards.
  • Analyze catalog-level trends assumption changes and data exceptions to identify methodology updates data remediation needs and opportunities to improve catalog quality and business decision support

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain documentation for catalog methodologies business rules data sources and governance procedures.
  • Lead periodic reviews of catalog assumptions structures and inputs to ensure continued relevance consistency and business alignment.
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario support for key catalog assumptions used in modeling underwriting and planning.
  • Review proposed changes to cost structures service scopes or reporting needs and determine required updates to catalog logic and inputs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in catalog processes tools controls and stakeholder training to improve efficiency quality and transparency.
  • Communicate catalog updates methodology changes release impacts and key assumptions to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Engineering Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Significant experience in cost modeling financial analysis service operations product costing or a related analytical function.
  • Experience managing structured datasets business rules and cross-functional data collection processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in cost drivers assumptions management and data quality controls.
  • Experience working in a matrixed cross-functional environment with multiple input owners and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain methodologies and requirements clearly.
  • Executive presentation and communication skills
  • Travel required up to 15%

Desired Characteristics

  • Masters degree in Finance Engineering Business Statistics or a related field.
  • Experience with Full Service Agreements long-term service agreements or lifecycle/service cost modeling.
  • Experience with model governance master data management or enterprise reporting controls.
  • Familiarity with contract margin review underwriting and commercial decision support processes.
  • Experience improving data governance catalog architecture or cost model tools.
  • Strong process discipline documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to energize teams perceive change as an opportunity and drive cross-functional process improvements.
  • Ability to prioritize workload according to business objectives

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position the pay range for this position is between $104200.00 and $173700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
