• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support customer engagement and lead generation activities.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and customer records.
• Support sales opportunities generated through customer interactions.
• Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
• Assist with routine administrative and customer service activities.
• Direct customers and visitors to the appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with team members to support customer service and business objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly confident and professional personality.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person and by phone.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Reliable adaptable and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience in customer service sales retail hospitality or front office support is a plus but not required.
